At Addie Ruth, each item is made to order with care and intention. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or personal preference.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.


Shipping Issues

Addie Ruth is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
